Finglish Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

In short: Finglish has no user accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking tools. Text, settings, and learned choices are processed and stored on your device by the website and apps. Finglish code does not send them to Finglish servers.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the Finglish website, the iOS app and keyboard, and the macOS app and keyboard. It does not replace the separate data practices of Apple, TestFlight, your browser, or the website host.

Information kept on your device

Local data remains until you remove it, clear the app or browser data, or uninstall the app. Anyone with access to the same device account or browser profile may be able to access its local data.

Website and hosting

The website code makes no network requests for its functionality and contains no Finglish analytics, advertising, or tracking tools; after its files load, the converter works offline. However, opening any website requires your browser to request its page and files from the host. Finglish is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary request metadata, such as IP addresses and technical request information, to deliver and secure the service. This metadata does not include the text you type into the Finglish converter. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

If you open a link to another website, that website’s own privacy policy applies. Finglish does not automatically load the content of external links.

Sale or sharing

Finglish does not have an account system that receives your typed text, and it does not sell typed text or learned choices or share them for advertising. The website host may process technical metadata from requests to the site under its own policy.

Children

Finglish is not designed to collect information from children and has no registration form or user accounts.

Changes and contact

If Finglish’s practices or this policy change, this page will be updated. For privacy questions, contact Mehras Hojjat through the developer’s website.
